- INVITATION TO BID Clearfield City is accepting electronic sealed bids for the Z Street Culinary Water & Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project in the Freeport Center. The bid documents can be viewed by visiting www.clearfieldcity.org and clicking on the Doing Business Tab or at www.bidsync.com. All submissions to this bid are due electronically by the bidder through www.bidsync.com no later than Thursday, December 15, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. The contact on this project is R. Todd Freeman, CEC, 5141 South 1500 West, Riverdale, Utah 84405 or (801) 866-0550. A Pre-Bid meeting for this project will BE HELD on Wednesday, December 7, 2016, 1:30 p.m. at the project site (Z Street and 14th Street) along 14th Street from A Street to the south side of Building Y-15 in the Freeport Center.
