Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING DECEMBER 13, 2016 Notice is hereby given that the Layton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to review a proposal to rezone approximately .363 acres of property located at 16 Phillips Street currently zoned A (Agricultural) to R-1-8 (Single Family Residential). The PUBLIC HEARING will be held at 7:00 P.M at Planning Commission Meeting, TUESDAY, DECEMBER 13, 2016, City Council Chambers, Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive.
