- The North Ogden City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 2, 2016 at 6:30 p.m., in the City Council Chambers at 505 East 2600 North, North Ogden, Utah. The Hearing is for consideration and action on a legislative application to amend the Residential City Center (RCC) zone allowing accessory dwelling units, and to create a new section in Chapter 10 Regulations Applicable to More Than One Zone; Accessory Dwelling Unit For further information, contact Rob Scott 801-737-9841.
