PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers of the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, the 18th day of October 2016. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome - Commissioner Ebert B. Invocation - Zach Damm C. Pledge of Allegiance- Jennifer Graham D. Thought of the Day- Commissioner Ebert E. Consent Items 1. Request for approval of warrants #410063 - #410262 in the amount of $1,387,961.71. 2. Request for approval of purchase orders in the amount of $68,385.65. 3. Request for approval of minutes for the meeting held on and October 11, 2016. 4. Request to ratify contract by and between Weber County and Nathan Ben Hatfield for negotiated severance compensation. 5. Request to ratify contract by and between Weber County and Weber School District for 'The Great Gatsby' 2016 Fremont Home Coming Dance. 6. Request to approve poll workers for 2016 General Election. 7. Request to approve business license. F. Action Items 1. Request for approval of the final reading of an Ordinance of the County Commissioners of Weber County amending certain fees to the Weber County Fee Ordinance. Presenter: Jennifer Graham G.
