- AMERICAN FORK CITY COUNCIL SEPTEMBER 8, 2016 *SECOND AMENDED - WORK SESSION AGENDA WORK SESSION The purpose of City Work Sessions is to prepare the City Council for upcoming agenda items on future City Council Meetings. The Work Session is not an action item meeting. No one attending the meeting should rely on any discussion or any perceived consensus as action or authorization. These come only from the City Council Meeting. The American Fork City Council will meet in a work session on Thursday, September 8, 2016, in the American Fork City Hall, located at 31 N. Church Street, commencing at 3:30 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: *1. Presentation by UDOT on the SR-74 100 East Re-Striping Project from Main Street to 740 North and a discussion on the 200 East Main Street realignment. (Requested by Dale Goodman, Public Works) 2. Update on construction of the Tibble Fork Reservoir, including the water quality issue. (Requested by Ernie John, NUCWCD) 3.
