MEETING NOTICE OF THE PLEASANT VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Pleasant View City will hold a regularly scheduled meeting in the Council Chambers at the Pleasant View City Offices, 520 West Elberta Drive, on Thursday, September 1, 2016 at 6:00 PM. AGENDA 6:00 PM Call to Order A. Opening Prayer, Reading, or Expression of Thought B. Pledge of Allegiance C. Approval of the Agenda D. Approval of Minutes: August 4, 2016 PUBLIC HEARING: 1. Public Hearing, discussion and possible action on a request by Kelly Nielson for a Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan approval for an office and gym located on a 1.41-acre lot at 2734 N Parkland Blvd. (TIN: 19-122-0010) in the MCM (manufacturing/commercial mix) zoning district. 2. Consideration and recommendation of a final plat subdivision and a Development Agreement, file # FSP 16-017, a request by Carson Jones for approval of the Deer Crest Phase 3 cluster subdivision, a 17 lot single-family residential subdivision consisting of approximately 8.994 acres, located just west of 1100 West Street and along 4200 North Street. OTHER BUSINESS: 3. Update on parking for the Ogden Clinic expansion of the Mountain View Clinic located on a 3.2-acre lot at 1100 West 2700 North (TIN: 19-260-0003) in the C-2 (General Commercial) zoning district. 4.
