- PUBLIC NOTICE NORTH OGDEN CITY PUBLIC HEARING August 25, 2016 The North Ogden City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 7, 2016 at 6:30 p.m., in the City Council Chambers at 505 East 2600 North, North Ogden, Utah. The Hearing is to consider an administrative site plan amendment to the Village at Prominence Point, located at approximately 1750 North Washington Boulevard.
