- PUBLIC NOTICE NORTH OGDEN CITY PUBLIC HEARING August 25, 2016 The North Ogden City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 7, 2016 at 6:30 p.m., in the City Council Chambers at 505 East 2600 North, North Ogden, Utah. The Hearing is to consider a legislative application to rezone land located at approximately 1350 East and 2700 North from Single Family Residential (R-1-10) to Single Family Residential (R-1-8(AG)). There will also be an administrative application, preliminary approval of the North Hampton Subdivision, Phase 6 & 7 (30 lots), located at approximately 1350 East and 2700 North.
