Welcome -Toby Mileski, Chairman 2. Public Comment 3. Consent Agenda: a. Approval of minutes from Weber Area Dispatch 911 and Emergency Services District Meeting June 30, 2016 and August 4, 2016. b. A resolution of the Administrative Control Board of the Weber Area Dispatch 911 and Emergency Services District Approving the Certified Property Tax Rate for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2017 c. Operations Policies i. O-K-010, May Day Radio Traffic ii. O-J-018, Mobile Data Terminals (MDTs) 4. Consideration for adoption of a resolution of the Administrative Control Board of the Weber Area Dispatch 911 and Emergency Services District, Utah (the 'District'), authorizing and approving the execution of an annually renewable Master Lease Agreement, by and between the District and the Local Building Authority of the Weber Area Dispatch 911 and Emergency Services District, Utah (the 'Authority'), authorizing the issuance and sale by the Authority of its Lease Revenue Bonds, Series 2016, in the aggregate principal amount of not to exceed $6,000,000; and related matters. 5. Recess as Administrative Control Board and convene as the Local Building Authority 6. Consideration for adoption of a resolution adopting bylaws for the Local Building Authority of the Weber Area Dispatch 911 and Emergency Services District, Utah, confirming the election of officers for such Authority; and related matters. 7. Consideration for adoption of a resolution of the Local Building Authority of the Weber Area Dispatch 911 and Emergency Services District, Utah authorizing the issuance and sale of not more than $6,000,000 aggregate principal amount of Lease Revenue Bonds, Series 2016; and related matters. 8.
