- Let Your Voice be Heard Join the Utah Department of Human Services, Division of Services for People with Disabilities (DSPD) for the annual public input meeting of the Disabilities Advisory Council. The mission of the Council is to enhance support by encouraging regular input, review, and evaluation of services in the DSPD system. The Council welcomes the public to provide input at this annual meeting. The meeting will be held Tuesday August 23, 2016 from 2:00-4:00 pm at the Multi-Agency State Office Building located at 195 North 1950 West SLC, Utah. A call-in option is available by dialing 1-877-820-7831, participant code: 396008. Please email Ryan Carrier (rcarrier@utah.gov) to reserve a speaking position. Utah Parent Center Director Helen Post will present the Family to Family Network annual report. The Division will present updates to the Initiation to Submit Offer (ISO) process. The Utah Department of Health will provide an update on the Transition Plan.
