NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE
Clearfield City
The Clearfield City is proposing to increase its property tax revenue.
- The Clearfield City tax on a $171,000 residence would increase from $103.36 to $116.15, which is $12.79 per year.
- The Clearfield City tax on a $171,000 business would increase from $187.93 to $211.19, which is $23.26 per year.
- If the proposed budget is approved, Clearfield City would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 12.25% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding new growth.
All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
