- NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE North View Fire District - The North View Fire District is proposing to increase its property tax revenue. - The North View Fire District tax on a $227,007 residence would Increase from $121.48 to $153.82, which is $32.34 per year. - The North View Fire District tax on a $227,007 business would increase from $220.88 to $279.67, which is $58.79 per year. - If the proposed budget is approved, North View Fire District would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 27.42% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding new growth. All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
