NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Clinton City Council will hold the following public hearings at the times indicated, on August 9, 2016 in the Clinton City Hall, 2267 North 1500 West Clinton, Utah:
7:15 p.m. - Review and action upon a recommendation from the Planning Commission on a request from Ivory Development represented by Nick Mingo, for approval of the Final Plat of Cranefield Estates Subdivision Phase 6, located at approximately 3550 West 2350 North.
7:25 p.m. - Review and consider the recommendation of the Planning Commission regarding Ordinance 16-01S, amending the Clinton City Subdivision Ordinance Chapter 26-5, Sections 02, 03, 05 & 07 with proposed changes clarifying current infrastructure construction practices and requirements.
