MEETING NOTICE OF THE PLEASANT VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Pleasant View City will hold a regularly scheduled meeting in the Council Chambers at the Pleasant View City Offices, 520 West Elberta Drive, on Thursday, June 30, 2016 at 6:00 PM. AGENDA 6:00 PM Call to Order A. Opening Prayer, Reading, or Expression of Thought B. Pledge of Allegiance C. Approval of the Agenda D. Approval of Minutes: June 2, 2016 PUBLIC HEARING: 1. Public Hearing, discussion and possible action on FSP 16-014, a request by Kirt Peterson, for preliminary subdivision approval of The Station at Pleasant View, Phase 3, a 32 lot multi-family residential subdivision consisting of 128 units on 9.97 acres, located at approximately 3000 North Highway 89 (TIN: 19-016-0023), which property lies in the in the TOD (Transportation Oriented Development). SCHEDULED ITEMS: 2.
