NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Ogden City Council will meet Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers on the third floor of the Municipal Building, 2549 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah, and will then and there during the Council meeting conduct a public hearing on the proposed ordinance briefly described as follows: 'An Ordinance of Ogden City, Utah, adopting the Tentative Budget of Ogden City for Fiscal Year 2016-2017, setting a public hearing to consider a proposed change in the Certified Tax Rate, and setting a public hearing to adopt the final budget.' A copy of the ordinance and a copy of the proposed budget, as submitted by the Mayor, are on file for public inspection in the office of the City Recorder on the 2nd floor of the Municipal Building, 2549 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah. A copy is also available online at www.ogdencity.com. At the above time and place any person or persons interested in the proposed budget will be given full time to be heard.
