- UTOPIA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 2017 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET The UTOPIA Board of Directors hereby gives notice that they will hold a public hearing to consider adoption of the 2017 Fiscal Year Budget beginning July 1, 2016 and ending June 30, 2017. The public hearing is scheduled for Monday, June 13, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. at the UTOPIA Offices located at 2175 South Redwood Road, West Valley City, Utah. The tentative budget is available for public inspection Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at the UTOPIA Offices.
