- PUBLIC NOTICE NORTH OGDEN CITY PUBLIC HEARING June 2, 2016 The North Ogden City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday June 15, 2016 at 6:30 pm in the City Council Chambers at 505 East 2600 North, North Ogden, Utah. The hearing is to consider a request for a Special Exception to allow a modification to the right of way of the proposed road of the Rice Creek Cove Subdivision, located at approximately 2675 North 950 East.
