Notice is hereby given that the Municipal Council of the City of Provo, Utah, will hold a public hearing at a meeting that will begin at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 7th, 2016, in the Municipal Council Chambers located at the Provo City Center, 351 West Center Street, Provo for a public hearing to consider the Fiscal Year 2016-2017 budget tentatively adopted on May 17, 2016, and the fund transfers included therein, pursuant to Utah Code Sections 10-6-114 and 10-6-135 for Provo City Corporation, Provo City Redevelopment Agency, and Provo City Storm Water Special Service District. A second public hearing will be held on Tuesday, June 21st beginning at 5:30 p.m. in the Municipal Council Chambers located at 351 West Center Street. Dustin Grabau, Provo City Budget Officer

The meeting room in Provo City Center is fully accessible via the south parking garage access to the elevator. The Council Meeting is also broadcast live on cable channel 17 or online at www.provo.org/city-services/channel-17.

Notice of Telephonic Communications One or more Council members may participate by telephone or Internet communication in this meeting. Telephone or Internet communications will be amplified as needed so all Council members and others attending the meeting will be able to hear the person(s) participating electronically as well as those participating in person. The meeting will be conducted using the same procedures applicable to regular Municipal Council meetings.
