- PUBLIC NOTICE NORTH OGDEN CITY PUBLIC HEARING The North Ogden City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday May 18, 2016 at 6:30 pm in the City Council Chambers at 505 East 2600 North, North Ogden, Utah. The Hearing is to amend the Subdivision Ordinance of the North Ogden City Code Title 12, Chapter 1 and Section 12: Variances replacing this section with a new section on Special Exceptions.
