Notice of the Regular Meeting Agenda of the PLANNING COMMISSION OF LAYTON, UTAH, FOR May 10, 2016 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the regular meeting of the Planning Commission of Layton, Utah, will be held on Tuesday, May 10, 2016, in the City Council Chambers, 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton, Utah, at 7:00 p.m. A work meeting is scheduled to begin at 5:30 p.m. for review of agenda items. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION APPROVAL OF MINUTES: April 12, 2016 PUBLIC HEARING 1. ALLGOOD REZONE - R-1-10 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) TO R-1-6 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) This 1.63 acre property is located at 240 S. 975 E. This property is zoned R-1-10 (Single Family Residential) and is proposed for R-1-6 (Single Family Residential) zoning. This property is also part of a plat amendment for Lot 34 Holmes Creek Estates. The applicant is H. Bruce Allgood with AFIN Corporation. 2.
