- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held before the Clearfield City Council, 55 South State Street, 3rd Floor, Clearfield, Utah, on Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. to receive public comments regarding proposed uses of the 2016 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds. Please call our office (801-525-2714) at least five business days in advance of the public hearing you want to attend if you need language translation, a sign language interpreter, an assistive listening device, or other reasonable accommodation. The proposed Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) draft Action Plan for 2016 was available for review beginning March 9, 2016 in the Community Development Office, 55 South State, 2nd Floor, Clearfield, Utah, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If there are any questions concerning the CDBG Program, please contact Stacy Millgate, CDBG Coordinator at (801)525-2781 or by TTY at 711 or 888-346-3162 for Spanish Relay Utah. Written comments were accepted from March 9, 2016 to April 8, 2016 in the Community Development Office or by email at smillgate@clearfieldcity.org.
