- PUBLIC NOTICE NORTH OGDEN CITY PUBLIC HEARING The North Ogden City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday April 6, 2016 at 6:30 pm in the City Council Chambers at 505 East 2600 North, North Ogden, Utah.
