Notice of a Regular Commission Meeting of the Board of County Commissioners of Weber County, Utah PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers of the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, the 16th day of February 2016. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome - Commissioner Gibson B. Invocation - Kris Lewis C. Pledge of Allegiance - Shelly Halacy D. Thought of the Day - Commissioner Gibson E. Consent Items 1. Request for approval of purchase orders. 2. Request for approval of warrants. 3. Request for approval of minutes for the meeting held on February 9, 2016. 4. Request for approval of a new beer license. 5. Request for approval of new business licenses. 6. Request for approval of a Lease Agreement by and between Weber County and the Ogden-Weber Chamber of Commerce to rent office space in the Weber Center. 7. Request for approval to declare Property -Parcel #11-111-0009 as surplus. 8. Request for approval of Reimbursement Agreements by and between Weber County and the following for Deputy Sheriff Training: Tyrell Hebdon Aaron Nelson Alexandar LaMarca 9. Request for approval to cancel the February 23, 2016 Weber County Commission Meeting, The next meeting will be held on March 1, 2016. F. Action Items 1. Request for approval to ratify a contract by and between Weber County and Thermal West Industrial, Inc., for asbestos removal and remediation. Presenter: Lynda Wangsgard 2. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Envirokleen, LLC, for custodial services in the Weber Center and the USU Extension Services Building. Presenter: Bryce Taylor 3. Request for approval of a resolution of the County Commissioners of Weber County establishing an Administrative Control Board and delegating certain powers to the board to govern the operations of the Weber Area Dispatch 911 and Emergency Services District. Presenter: Commissioner Bell G. Public hearing 1. Request for a motion to adjourn the public meeting and convene a public hearing. 2. Public hearing regarding amendments to the operating and capital budgets of Weber County 2016 Calendar Year. 3. Public Comments (Please limit your comments to 3 minutes) 4. Request for a motion to adjourn public hearing and reconvene public meeting. 5. Action on public hearing. G2-Request for approval of a Resolution of the County Commissioners of Weber County approving amendments to the Operating and Capital Budgets of Weber County for the 2016 Calendar Year. H.
