SOUTH WEBER CITY COUNCIL AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the City Council of SOUTH WEBER CITY, Davis County, Utah, will meet in a regular public meeting on TUESDAY, 16 FEBRUARY 2016 at the City Council Chambers located at 1600 E South Weber Dr., South Weber, UT. Meeting time will commence at 4:00 p.m. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________ PUBLIC WORK MEETING: 4:00 p.m. 1. REPORTS: a. HighMark Principal Mary Johnston Retention Pond proposal 4:30 p.m. 2. DISCUSSION: a. Long Range Planning, including: - General accomplishments and in what direction (vision) is the City going; - South Weber City Vehicle Replacement Plan (Lease vs. Purchase); 6:30 p.m. 3. APPROVALS: a. Motion to approve Highmark Retention Pond proposal b. Motion to approve services of Grant Writer Francie Meachem 7:00 p.m. 4.
