- Notice is hereby given that the City Council will meet in a work session on Tuesday, February 9, 2016, immediately following the Special City Council meeting, which begins at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Work Room, on the third floor of the Municipal Building, 2549 Washington Boulevard, in Ogden City, Weber County, Utah. The purpose of the work session includes presentations and discussions regarding: - Urban Forestry Amendment, - Fiscal Year 2015 Auditor's Report and Consolidated Annual Financial Report (CAFR), - Fiscal Year 2017-2021 Capital Improvement Plan, and - Council Business.
