- Clinton City Public Meeting Schedule Clinton City hereby gives public notice of its regular Public Meeting Schedule for the Clinton City Council and the Clinton City Planning Commission. The City Council is regularly scheduled to meet on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. The Planning Commission is regularly scheduled to meet on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the each month at 7:00 p.m. at Clinton City Hall 2267 N 1500 W.
