APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF THE December 3, 2015 MEETING B. APPLICATION(S): Appeal #1550 - Utah County - who is requesting a conditional use for a shooting range in the Mining and Grazing (M&G-1) Zone located at approximately 3000 South 12600 West, Soldier Pass area of Utah County, Section 28, T7S R1W Appeal #1551 - Kilgore Companies - who is requesting a conditional use for three(3) silos, each with a height that exceeds 40 feet, in an asphalt batch plant in the Mining and Grazing (M&G-1) Zone located at approximately 6265 West 7200 South, West Mountain area of Utah County, Section 26, T8S R1E Appeal #1552 - Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort - who is requesting a conditional use for accessory ski lifts and various associated mountain resort facilities in the Critical Environment (CE-1) Zone, Sections 8, 17, 18, 19, 20, 29, T3S R3E in the American Fork Canyon area of Utah County Appeal #1553 - Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort - who is requesting a conditional use for support towers of accessory ski lifts and associated mountain resort facilities (zip line) with heights that exceed 40 feet in the Critical Environment (CE-1) Zone, Sections 17, 18, 19, 20, T3S R3E, in the American Fork Canyon area of Utah County C. ADJOURN Please Note: Any applicant has the right to withdraw or continue their appeal prior to the scheduled hearing date if notice is given in writing to the Board of Adjustment secretary, 51 S. University Avenue, #117, Provo, Utah, 84601, or faxed (801) 851-8340, by noon one week before the scheduled meeting date.
