- PUBLIC NOTICE NORTH OGDEN CITY PUBLIC HEARING The North Ogden City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday January 6, 2016 at 6:30 pm, in the City Council Chambers at 505 East 2600 North, North Ogden, Utah. The hearing will be held to receive comments to amend Ordinance 11-22-7, Signs Permitted for Nonresidential Uses in Specific Districts. For further information, contact Brandon Bell 801-737-2216.
