- MEETING NOTICE OF THE WEBER COUNTY TOURISM TAX ADVISORY BOARD PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Weber County Tourism Tax Advisory Board will hold a regular meeting in the Commission Conference Room # 359 of the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Blvd, Ogden, Utah, commencing at 1:30 PM on Wednesday, December 9, 2015. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome - Steve Ballard, Chair B. Consent Items 1. Request for approval of the minutes for the meeting held on June 3, 2015. C. Action 1. Discussion and/or action on grant applications. Presenter: Steve Ballard 2. Discussion and/or action on member terms expiring 2015. Presenter: Steve Ballard D. Non-Action 1. Discussion on Tourism, Recreation, Culture, and Convention Tax (TRCC) Task Force. Presenter: Marty Smith E.
