- PUBLIC NOTICE NORTH OGDEN CITY PUBLIC HEARINGS 12/1/2015 The North Ogden City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 16, 2015 at 6:30 p.m., in the City Council Chambers at 505 East 2600 North, North Ogden, Utah. The Hearing is to consider a legislative application to rezone land located at approximately 2700 N 900 E from Residential Zone RE-20 to Residential Zone R-1-10.
