AGENDA 6:00 PM Call to Order A. Opening Prayer, Reading, or Expression of Thought B. Pledge of Allegiance C. Approval of the Agenda D. Approval of Minutes: November 5, 2015 PUBLIC HEARINGS: 1. Public Hearing, Discussion, and Possible Action on ZTA 15-035, Public Hearing, Discussion, and Possible Action on a text amendment to remove Chapter 18.39 Transportation Oriented Development (TOD) from the City Municipal Code. 2. Public Hearing, Discussion, and Possible Action on ZTA 15-036, Public Hearing, Discussion, and Possible Action on a text amendment to repeal or modify provisions of Chapter 18.25 Residential Multi-Family Zone (R-M), Chapter 20.38 Gateway Zones, and Chapter 20.40 Mixed Use Zones from the City Municipal Code.
