- PUBLIC NOTICE NORTH OGDEN CITY PUBLIC HEARINGS The North Ogden City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday December 2, 2015 at 6:30 p.m., in the City Council Chambers at 505 East 2600 North, North Ogden, Utah. The hearing will be held to receive comments to amend Ordinance 11-16, Home Occupations, to clarify the standards in Section 2 that lists permitted and prohibited home occupations.
