Description/Agenda: PLEASANT VIEW CITY Notice of PUBLIC HEARINGS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following public hearings have been scheduled to be heard by the Pleasant View City Planning Commission at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 3, 2015 and Pleasant View City Council at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 8, 2015. The meetings will be held in the Council Chambers at City Offices located at 520 West Elberta Drive, Pleasant View, Utah 84414: ZTA 15-036: Public Hearing, Discussion, and Possible Action on a text amendment to repeal or modify provisions of Chapter 18.25 Residential Multi-Family Zone (R-M), Chapter 20.38 Gateway Zones, and Chapter 20.40 Mixed Use Zones from the City Municipal Code. All interested persons present will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written comment may also be submitted and considered if received prior to the meeting.
