- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE POWDER MOUNTAIN WATER AND SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Powder Mountain Water and Sewer Improvement District will hold a public hearing in the Commission Chambers Break Out Room #105 of the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Blvd, Ogden, Utah, commencing at 6:00 PM on Monday, November 16, 2015. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome - Trustee Matthew G Bell, Chair B. Public Hearing 1.
