'AMENDED' Notice of a Regular Commission Meeting of the Board of County Commissioners of Weber County, Utah PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers of the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, the 10th day of November 2015. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome - Commissioner Bell B. Invocation - C. Pledge of Allegiance - Shelly Halacy D. Thought of the Day - Commissioner Ebert E. Consent Items 1. Request for approval of purchase orders in the amount of $29,586.75. 2. Request for approval of warrants #326738-#326854 in the amount of $634,892.07. 3. Request for approval of minutes for the meeting held on November 3, 2015. 4. Request for approval of an Estoppel Certificate for Summit Mountain Holding Group, L.L.C. F. Action Items 1. Request from the Weber County Community and Economic Development Department for approval to declare Parcel #21-024-0009 as surplus property. Presenter: Sean Wilkinson 2. Request for approval to grant easements for water utilities and infrastructure to Liberty Pipeline Company. Presenter: Sean Wilkinson 3. Request for approval of a right of way contract by and between Weber County and the following for the 12th Street Project: Peace A Full Farms, Parcel 134, 135 Compass Minerals, Parcel 71 Presenter: Jared Andersen 4. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Five Chute Productions for the RMPRA Winter Series Rodeo to be held at the Golden Spike Event Center on the following dates: November 21-21, 2015 January 15-16, 2016 February 19-20, 2016 March 18-19, 2016 Presenter: Jim Harvey 5. Request for approval of a contract by and between WEber County and the Powder Mountain Water and Sewer District to provide effective and and efficient core administrative services.
