Maverik Inc requests Commercial Final Approval for a gas station, Heber Maverik, to be located on the corner of Highway 189 and Heber Parkway 2. Self-Help Homes requests Subdivision Concept Approval for Wasatch Vista to be located at 500 East 800 South 3. Danny Labrum request for conditional use for a free standing sign at Labrum Ford at 901 South Main Street 4. Discussion regarding the keeping of ducks and geese 5. Discussion of the Sign Ordinance Amendment and Recommendation for Temporary Regulations for Digital Signs 6. Administrative Items: V.
