Notice of a Regular Commission Meeting of the Board of County Commissioners of Weber County, Utah PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers of the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah, commencing at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, the 20th day of October 2015. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome - Commissioner Gibson B. Invocation - Arnel Rivera C. Pledge of Allegiance - Christopher Crockett D. Thought of the Day - Commissioner Ebert E. Consent Items 1. Request for approval of purchase orders in the amount of $601,467.48. 2. Request for approval of warrants #325939-#326201 in the amount of $3,203,081.62. 3. Request for approval of minutes for the meeting held on October 13, 2015. 4. Request for approval of new business licenses. F. Action Items 1. Request for approval of a grant application agreement by and between Weber County and the Utah Housing and Community Development Division for approval to apply for a grant to collaborate in creating sustainable communities and improve public safety. Presenter: Lance Peterson 2. Request for approval of a Cooperative Agreement by and between Weber County and the Utah Division of Water Rights amending the agreement executed on May 5, 2015 for the Ogden Valley Hydrogeology Study.
