Notice of a Regular Commission Meeting of the Board of County Commissioners of Weber County, Utah PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers of the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, the 6th day of October 2015. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome - Commissioner Gibson B. Invocation - C. Pledge of Allegiance - Kevin McLeod D. Thought of the Day - Commissioner Gibson E. Consent Items 1. Request for approval of purchase orders in the amount of $148,424.66. 2. Request for approval of warrants #325611-#325807 in the amount of $1,128,641.92. 3. Request for approval of minutes for the meeting held on September 29, 2015. 4. Request for approval of new business licenses. F. Action Items 1. Request for approval of final reading of an Ordinance of the County Commissioners of Weber County amending certain provisions of the Bilateral Contract Ordinance. Presenter: Dave Wilson 2. Request for approval of an Ordinance of the County Commissioners of Weber County appointing a Weber County Representative and Alternate Representative for the Utah Counties Indemnity Pool Annual Membership Meeting. Presenter: Dave Wilson 3. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Weber State University -D2 Hockey for the 2015-2016 Ice Rental Agreement. Presenter: Todd Ferrario 4. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Impact Demolition for the demolition of property at 701 W. 12th Street. Presenter: Kevin McLeod 5. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Friends of the Fairgrounds for the Briggs Madsen Benefit being held on October 10, 2015. Presenter: James Harvey 6.
