Notice of a Regular Commission Meeting of the Board of County Commissioners of Weber County, Utah PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers of the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, the 29th day of September 2015. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome - Commissioner Gibson B. Invocation - C. Pledge of Allegiance - Sean Wilkinson D. Thought of the Day - Commissioner Bell E. Presentation Presentation of the 13th Annual Weber County Commissioners' Annual Charity Classic proceeds. Presenters: Weber County Commissioners F. Consent Items 1. Request for approval to ratify purchase orders in the amount of $294,270.96 dated September 22, 2015. 2. Request for approval of purchase orders in the amount of $75,323.04. 3. Request for approval to ratify warrants #325056 - #325272 in the amount of $1,019,784.37 dated September 22, 2015. 4. Request for approval of warrants #325273-#325610 in the amount of $2,881,977.59. 5. Request for approval of ACH payment to US Bank in the amount of $93,203.23 for purchasing card transactions made through the billing cycle ending September 15, 2015 6. Request for approval of minutes for the meeting held on September 15, 2015. 7. Request from the Weber County Tax Review Committee for approval of a refund to Donna Odekirk, DBA: Cross T Enterprises on parcels 12-128-0010 and 03-009- 0041 in the amount of $339.62. 8. Request for approval of a retirement agreement by and between Weber County and Jeaneen T. Smith. 9. Request for approval of a new business license. G. Action Items 1.
