- PUBLIC NOTICE NORTH OGDEN CITY PUBLIC HEARINGS The North Ogden City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday October 7, 2015 at 6:30 p.m., in the City Council Chambers at 505 East 2600 North, North Ogden, Utah. The hearing will be held to receive comments on amending the text of Title 11, Chapter 10 in Section 7: Animals and Fowl, to allow chickens in the Residential City Center (RCC) zone within single family residences. All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard. For further information, contact Rob Scott 801-737-9841.
