- PUBLIC NOTICE NORTH OGDEN CITY PUBLIC HEARINGS The North Ogden Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday October 7, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter, in the City Council Chambers at 505 East 2600 North, North Ogden, Utah. The hearing will be held to receive comments to amend the zoning map for the Scottsdale Subdivision, located at approximately 500 East 2175 North from Residential Zone R-2 to Residential R-2(A). All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard. For further information contact Rob Scott at 801-737-9841.
