Notice of a Regular Commission Meeting of the Board of County Commissioners of Weber County, Utah PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers of the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, the 15th day of September 2015. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome - Commissioner Gibson B. Invocation - C. Pledge of Allegiance - Sylvia Salisbury D. Thought of the Day - Commissioner Ebert E. Presentation Presentation of a resolution designating August 14th as Larry Crouch Day in Weber County. Presenter: Commissioner Gibson Presentation of a wood carving sculpture to the George Wahlen's Veteran's Home. Presenter: All Commissioners F. Consent Items 1. Request for approval of purchase orders in the amount of $41,005.59. 2. Request for approval of warrants #324914-#325055 in the amount of $543,631.04. 3. Request for approval of minutes for the meetings held on September 1 and 8, 2015. 4. Request for approval of a new business license. 5. Request for approval of a change order on a contract by and between Weber County and Bowen Construction to change the drain line, catch basin and other piping, necessary to address water/spring flows that were discovered during project. G. Action Items 1. Approval of 1 right of way contract for 12th Street: Richard Lee & Brenda Sue Gordon, Parcel 161 Presenter: Jared Andersen 2. Request for approval of Partial Assignment Easement by and between Weber County and Rocky Mountain Power for the installation of power to the Little Weber Diversion Structure. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Rocky Mountain Power to supply right of way and electrical services to a pump house at Weber Memorial Park. Presenter: Jennifer Graham 4. Request for approval of contract by and between Weber County and Honnen Equipment for a one year lease of a John Deere Backhoe. Presenter: Scott Storey H.
