Notice of a Regular Commission Meeting of the Board of County Commissioners of Weber County, Utah PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers of the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, the 28th day of July 2015. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome - Commissioner Bell B. Invocation - C. Pledge of Allegiance - Javis Darcus D. Thought of the Day - Commissioner Bell E. Consent Items 1. Request for approval of purchase orders in the amount of $67,586.24. 2. Request for approval of warrants #323254-#323519 in the amount of $1,187,659.25. 3. Request for approval of minutes for the meeting held on July 21, 2015. F. Action Items 1. Request for approval of the subdivision of Weber County Property, including parts of parcels 12-101-0010, 12-098-0021, 12-098-0043, 12-098-0042, 12-098-0048, 12-098-0046, 12-098-0047,12-098-0049, into the Detention Center Subdivision. Presenter: Devron Andersen 2. Request for approval a contract by and between Weber County and Utah County Public Defenders Association to provide appellate counsel for the William Tirado case. Presenter: Dave Wilson 3. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Emily Adams to appear on behalf of and represent Courtney's appellate interests in 20141171-CA and 20141172-CA.
