1. PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS:
a. Public Hearing: Rezone, General Plan Amendment and Concept Plan for the Saratoga Springs 4 Church located at the NW corner of Redwood Road and Old Farm Road, North of Hillside Ridge, Evans and Associates Architecture, applicant.
i. Ordinance 15-22 (7-21-15): Amending the Zone and General Plan from Planned Community (PC) to Low Density Residential (R-3), for Real Property 77.1135 acres, Located at the NW corner of Redwood Road and Old Farm Road and North of Hillside Ridge.
2. ACTION ITEMS:
a. Interlocal Agreement with Utah County for Substance Abuse Prevention Services and Communities That Care Prevention Model.
i. Resolution R15-29 (7-21-15): Approving the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement Between Utah County and the City of Saratoga Springs.
b. Interlocal Agreement with Utah County for Community Prevention Services (Guiding Good Choices Program Grant).
i. Resolution R15-30 (7-21-15): Approving the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement Between Utah County and the City of Saratoga Springs.
c. Storm Drain Agreement between the City of Saratoga Springs and Richard Chiu.
d. Final Plat for Heron Hills Plat B located at approximately 3250 South Redwood Road, Steve Larson, applicant.
i. Resolution R15-31 (7-21-15): Adding Lots to the City Street Lighting Special Improvement District for Heron Hills Plat B.
e. Resolution R15-32 (7-21-15): Adding Lots to the City Street Lighting Special Improvement District for Fox Hollow Neighborhood 6 Phase 2, 4A, 4B, 5 and 7.
f. Updates to Engineering Standards.
i. Ordinance 15-23 (7-21-15): Amending the Engineering Standard Technical Specifications and Drawings Manual for the City of Saratoga Springs.
g. Resolution R15-33 (7-21-15): Appointing Election Poll Workers to serve for the August 11, 2015 Primary Election.
h. Ordinance 15-24 (7-21-15): Repealing 13.03 of the City Code Pertaining to the Regulation of Street Legal ATV's.
