- PUBLIC NOTICE NORTH OGDEN CITY PUBLIC HEARINGS The North Ogden City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 28, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter, in the City Council Chambers at 505 East 2600 North, North Ogden, Utah. The hearing will be held to receive comments related to proposed changes in the ordinances for Nuisances and the Abatement of Nuisances within the City. All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard. For further information contact the Building Department at (801) 737-2213.
