- PUBLIC NOTICE NORTH OGDEN CITY PUBLIC HEARINGS The North Ogden City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 28, 2015 at 7:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers at 505 East 2600 North, North Ogden, Utah. The hearing will be held to receive comments to amend the general plan for the creation of a Master Planned Community Zone (MPC Zone). All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard. For further information contact Rob Scott 801-737-9841.
