- PUBLIC NOTICE NORTH OGDEN CITY PUBLIC HEARINGS The North Ogden City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 28, 2015 at 7:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers at 505 East 2600 North, North Ogden, Utah. The hearing will be held to receive comments to amend the zoning map and zoning ordinances for the creation of a Master Planned Community Zone (MPC Zone). All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard. For further information contact Rob Scott 801-737-9841.
