- PUBLIC NOTICE Five Year Consolidated Plan The City of Taylorsville Department of Community Development announces the Five Year Consolidated Plan for the 2015-2020 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program will be available for Public review and comment on July 5, 2015. The Five Year Consolidated Plan is available for review and comment for 30 days at the City of Taylorsville Offices at 2600 West Taylorsville Blvd, Taylorsville, Utah 84129. A copy may be reviewed at the Community Development Department. Comments are due on or before 5:00 PM, August 5, 2015. Comments must be submitted in writing to Michael Meldrum at the Taylorsville City Offices.
