The public is invited to attend a public hearing before the Midvale City Council on Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at 7:00 pm in the Midvale City Council Chambers located at 7505 South Holden Street, Midvale, Utah. The City Council will be considering an application for text amendments to (1) increase the maximum residential density from 16 units per acre to 19.3 units per acre in the Silver Refinery Overlay (Section 17-7-9.12.3.3 C of the Midvale Municipal Code), and (2) create a new parking standard for 'affordable senior housing' in all zones that allow multi-family residential uses. This request is being made by Adam Lankford with Wasatch Advantage Group.
