- SYRACUSE CITY Syracuse City Council Work Session Notice **AMENDED** April 28, 2015 6:00 p.m. - Municipal Building, 1979 W. 1900 S. Notice is hereby given that the Syracuse City Council will participate in a work session on Tuesday, April 28, 2015, at 6:00 p.m. in the large conference room of the Municipal Building, 1979 W. 1900 S., Syracuse City, Davis County, Utah. The purpose of the work session is to discuss/review the following items: . a. Prayer or thought. b. Public Comments. c. Water conservation discussion (20 min.) d. Discussion regarding potential creation of Disaster Preparedness Committee. (10 min.) e. Proposed Code Amendment, Title X, pertaining to the PRD-Planned Residential Zone. (20 min.) f. Discussion regarding Syracuse City utility fees. (30 min.) g. General Fiscal Year (FY) 2015-2016 Budget discussion. (10 min.) h. Proposed resolution adopting comprehensive edits to the chapters 12-24 of the Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual. (30 min.) i. City Manager's Activity Summary Report for Ice Rink project. (5 min.) j.
